Gomde GA Spring Newsletter 2016
Dear Friends of Gomde!
We are more than happy to offer you this list of excellent programs lined up for spring and summer at Gomde.
Under the guidance of Lama Tenzin, the extremely profound Trinley Nyingpo Retreat began on March 4th and will continue until April 7th. Until the retreat reaches its conclusion, Gomde will remain closed; nevertheless, an exciting program awaits all of you just in its wings.
Guru Rinpoche 2016
On April 7th, everyone is graciously invited to join our retreatants for lunch, the tsok feast offering, and the final distribution of the accomplishments. Together, we will celebrate, rejoice in the successful retreat, and dedicate the gathered merit towards the benefit of all sentient beings.
Following that, from April 8th to 10th, Lama Tenzin Sangpo will continue to guide the Trinley Nyingpo Retreat which will then be open to everyone. This will be a great opportunity to absorb the great blessings of the retreat vibes and to engage in the Trinley Nyingpo practice this year. More info.

From April 15th to 21st, we will have the special honour of welcoming Erik Pema Kunsang to Gomde!

Our legendary Summer Festival will be special for two reasons this year: for the very first time, the playful festivity will last for 3 days – starting at 5pm July 29th and continuing until 3pm July 31st.
We look forward to pampering all our cherished guests with the presentation of a multinational cultural and culinary program. So, mark your calendar and be sure to come share in the beautiful summertime atmosphere of Gomde along with great friends and neighbours.
This year we are not only celebrating our annual summer party, but, most notably, we are celebrating the arrival of Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche!
Rinpoche will arrive at Gomde on August 1st and commence his seminar teachings on August 2nd.
Needless to say, it’s almost impossible to fathom how fortunate we all are to welcome dear Rinpoche back to Gomde, his home away from home! What an immense blessing!
As always, we who carefully watch over your home away from home Gomde, wish you much joy and love this springtime and look forward to welcoming you here very soon!
