Gomde Germany-Austria is pleased to announce that registration is now open for next year’s Vajrakilaya retreat with Lama Tenzin Sangpo, which will take place from January 26th to February 25th.
In accordance with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoches wishes and advice, Gomde is holding a series of retreats on guru, yidam and dakini practices. This past summer Rinpoche decided that the next retreat should be the yidam practice of Vajrakilaya, in order to clear away any obstacles and hindrances one faces while practicing the path. It is also an utterly precious opportunity to contribute to the prosperity of our mandala and all of Rinpoche’s activities.
If you have the time, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity! The circumstances are ideal.
For the past few years Gomde has been working torwards creating the perfect conditions for retreats. We are happy to share that through these efforts, retreatans will now be able to:
· stay in 35 comfortabe single rooms
· 20 of them with bathroom and showers
· have all necessary support on site
· enjoy the quiet and enchanting atmosphere of Austrian winters, while keeping warm and cosy in a house filled with the blessing of many years of practice
Rooms will be assigned in accordance with the needs of participants.
Gomde aims to make such retreat opportunities possible for everyone, therefore the suggested contribution toward the costs of housing and food is as low as 1000 Euros. Participants are asked to estimate how much they can contribute in accordance with their living situation. If you seem to lack resources, please contact: email@example.com
The schedule will consist of six practice sessions daily, the exact timetable will be arranged in consultation with all participants and Lama Tenzin Sangpo.
Last but not least, we want to point out Lama Tenzin Sangpo’s excellent abilities for leading a retreat of this kind. Lama Tenzin Sangpo concluded his three year retreat in Pharping, at the very place where Guru Rinpoche realized Vajrakilaya. Anyone who is sincerly interested in Dharma practice and in learning the details of ritual and sadhana practice will have a very well-studied and experienced guide who has gathered all the necessary knowledge throughout his life. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and serious lama guiding this retreat.
The whole retreat will be conducted in English.
If you are interested, have questions or would like to register right away, please have a look at our website for further information or write a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are looking forward to welcoming you for this precious opportunity for intensive practice!
