Freeing the mind from within

Meditation retreat with Erik Pema Kunsang

Learn to make your mind available, set your abilities free, be ready and unoccupied, alone and with others.

While being guided through four levels of sincerity in our lives, we discover how to access our innermost deep resources for tolerance, compassion, respect and true insight.

In the tradition of the Dzogchen masters Tulku Urgyen and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoches, Erik teaches in a way that combines an overview of life and the Buddha’s teachings with personal experience. More details here

Essay by Erik on freeing the mind: Levekunst

Erik Pema Kunsang
In the teenage years a profound curiosity for knowledge awakened in Erik and led him to the teachings of the Buddha and Padmasambhava. He had the immense fortune to learn the wisdom tradition from many living Buddhist masters. His main teachers are the great Dzogchen master Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche and his son Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche. Their teachings enabled him to translate lectures and original scriptures.

In 2010 Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche appointed him with the task of teaching the Dharma. During meditation retreats he emphasize the discovery of a simple and natural presence to help people to know their mind and the freedom it brings. This simple way of being allows for unfolding the noble qualities of compassion, love and insight.

Erik Pema Künsang will teach in English – German translation will be via head phones.
